What do you think are the success rate on something like this? but i prefer not to do this since it is a hassle and i need the calculator and i'm using it for my class right now.ĭoes any of you have situation similar to this where you have to get new activation for the newer computer you purchased or replacement computer from warranty. now i'm thinking of returning the calculator back to the store and wait until i get my new computer and buy the calculator again.
i emailed ti support about my situation and haven't got a respond. my situation is that i'm looking to upgrade to a newer laptop in a few months and need to have my student software activated on the new machine. I just recently purchased an nspire cx cas calculator and learned that the student software can only be activated on a single computer after i have already activated the software on my computer.
